With a strong background in leading and coaching business improvement initiatives in large organisations including Toyota, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer and Nestle, David loves the positive feedback that comes from the “WoW” factor when great results have been achieved and people are benefiting through easier and faster ways of working.

His qualification as a Computer Scientist BSc (Hons) is a great help where business improvements need to go hand-in-hand with IT.

Outside of work his family keep him busy with lots of sport.

An experienced engineer who went from writing software to controlling manufacturing machines to creating large databases and analysing business system requirements for international organisations.

John has over twenty years’ experience as a business improvement coach, working all over the world and across a wide range of industries. “My favourite moments are when the people that I coach tell me the difference it has made in their company.”

When not working he can be found out on the water racing sailboats.

“My ambition is to finish ahead of my wife, just once!”

With a strong background of process improvement in the highly regulated Oil & Gas industry. Victor is our “Mr Flexible”! One day he can be running a live workshop, next day using his calm and assured manner to teach a room-full of people in how they can make their work processes easier and faster.

When not working, Victor can be found sweating it out on the basketball court or relaxing with a fine wine and good company.
